Shipment processing time

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Please note that paying for express shipping doesn’t guarantee faster processing time. Express shipping only allow quicker door-to-door delivery with the carrier.

Canada/United States shipping rates & delivery estimates

Most orders will be shipped UPS or Canada Post, however we do utilize DHL, FedEx, and Purolator as well. All shipping rates are in USD.

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to applicable taxes. Orders shipped to USA are not subject to sales tax. 

International shipments

Dyze Design gladly ships internationally. All orders to be shipped outside of Canada or the United States doesn’t qualify for flat rate shipping described above. Instead, we’ll be using real-time carrier rates. Still, free shipping applies for all orders over 500$ (some restrictions might apply).

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (VAT, tariffs, duty, taxes, customs clearance charges, etc.). Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Undeliverable shipments

If our shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package, we are notified and we or the carrier will attempt to make contact with the receiver in order to make delivery arrangements. 

Packages are often undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, or the refusal to pay international duties and taxes.  If we are unable to arrange delivery of the package within 3 days of initial contact, the shipment will be automatically returned to us.  To avoid this, it is important that accurate shipping and contact information is submitted during checkout in addition to prompt communication if contacted.

In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned, return shipping fees will be added on top of standard shipping rates if you require reshipment.

Free shipping terms and conditions

All domestic or international orders $500 and over qualify for Free Standard Flat Rate shipping. Free shipping is not available for some items or orders that have a delivery surcharge due to the size, weight, or special handling necessary to make sure your order arrives safely.

Qualifying orders must select Free Shipping at checkout in order to receive the promotion.

Free Shipping may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

Free Shipping for Manufacturers accounts is $1000 or more.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (if available – not all shipping methods include tracking). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

COVID-19: Since we were forced to downsize our workforce, partners printing and supplying medical equipment will be given priority in processing their orders. At this time, we cannot guarantee delivery and lead time for other customers.
