Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please note that this policy only applies to products purchased directly from our online store. If you purchased through one of our resellers, please contact them directly.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Warranty

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

This limited warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from purchase. It does not apply to circumstances such as but not limited to the following:

  • The product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorized personnel;
  • The serial number on the product, components or accessories has been altered, defaced or removed;
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, alteration or abuse of the product;
  • Involvement in an accident;
  • Normal wear and tear; 
  • Failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance, and use (please read our documentation carefully: http://docs.dyzedesign.com/);

  • Serial number of the concerned item

Please add any clear pictures or videos of the defective parts or issues. 

Note that any incomplete request will not be processed.

All customers returning a product under RMA will be responsible for shipping charges.

* If after receiving the product, Dyze Design realizes that it is not covered by the warranty, it reserves the right to charge the customer for the service and repair. Please note that your limited product’s warranty still ends 6 months after the original purchase date.
